As I am sure you all noticed when shopping, there are many graphic sweaters out there. So how do you incorporate them in your wardrobe and not look like a 15 year old girl ( for us ladies that are in our twenties and 30's)
Here we go:
1) Wear it with a pattern
2) Cropped jeans and of course high heels
3) With completely different material like leather or suede
4) Layer
5) Color block

Shopping on a budget? How to make the most out of $100 clothing budget
Dear Fashionistas,
We all know that we wanna look our best, stretch out our hard earned money and still look flawless. Personally, I love wearing designer clothes but I don't have the designer budget to go with it. My favorite thing to do is to go out and find the best deals on such clothing at second hand/ vintage stores. I know it's not for some people, however, girls and guys do not knock it until you try it. Many second hand stores have brand new items with tags for 70-80% less than you would buy in high end shops. People clean out their closets and want to get rid of clothing that they probably will not wear again or work in fashion and sell their samples. When I go to second hand stores I only look for brand new items with tags and yes, it also includes shoes. You can always tell if a shoe has been worn or not just by simply looking at the sole.
While checking out my favorite second hand and vintage shop, Wasteland, I found some amazing items and all under $100, brand new with tags and all in current styles.
Here is what I bought:
1) Herve Leger cork mules (Brand New and marked down even more at Wasteland) - $75 a steal!
2) LAMB leapord corset top - $35
3) David Lerner Moto black leggings - $18
4) Some Day (LA based street style designer) tied die open back top - $28
I want to teach everyone how to shop at places like that, look great, expand your wardrobe and most importantly save!

Maxxinista in Full Effect for Fall
I never, ever pay full price for designer clothes. I love to bargain shop, look like a million bucks in affordable designer clothing. Fashionistas, please never ever pay full price for anything in retail. Its a waste of money, unless its a very rare and one of a kind piece.
During recent trip to my local TJMAXX to check out their newest shipment of fall clothing, I found killer Sam Adeleman booties. They are to die for and are soo comfy. Check them out:

Shopping on a budget at Wasteland Los Angeles
I am a huge believer in not spending a lot of money on clothes but still looking like a million bucks. Since I live in Los Angeles, I have access to the best vintage/second hand stores. I love second hand stores because I find brand new designer clothes and shoes with tags for 75% less than retail stores. Yes, they are not the latest season but who cares. The quality and designs are great and the fact that I got really good deals on them is a thrill for me. Wasteland in Los Angeles in one of my favorite second hand/vintage shops. They have 3 locations Studio City, Santa Monica and West Hollywood. The concept of Wasteland is that you can bring your clothes to them to sell (good condition, designer and very cool designs, or one of a kind vintage) you get instant cash or you can trade it in for something that you like at the store. I often sell my designer clothing there.
Here is my latest find at Wasteland Studio City:
Brand new Elizabeth and James booties, never worn for $65, original price $495.
